The church is a community of believers in Christ, people who believe the message and have come to trust wholeheartedly in Christ for the forgiveness of their sins. When a person comes to know Christ in this personal way, he or she will have a desire to worship God, to grow in knowledge of the Bible, to know other believers and to serve Christ.
We become like that which we worship and it is in the Worship of God that our focus is turned from the things of the world to the One who created the world. For this reason, worship on the first day of the week is the focal point at Waterdam Church and takes place on Sunday mornings.
