ALL-CHURCH PICNIC AT MINGO PARK

Mingo Park Shelter 3
Worship at the church at 10:30 am
Please note, on picnic Sunday only one morning worship service will be held at the church at 10:30 am.
Come to Worship dressed in your picnic attire. We will head to Mingo Park immediately following the Worship Service. Lunch will be served at 12:30. Church will provide main course, sign up sheets are available for sides. Sign up at the information table in the church lobby, or call the church office.

Please NOTE THE CHANGE IN SHELTER THIS YEAR. Shelter 3 is located near Ebenezer Bridge, bordered by the creek and the paved walk/bike trail. Be sure to bring wading shoes for children, the creek will be asking to be explored! (An extra set of clothing for children may also be a good idea!)
Bring sports games, lawn games, cushions, blankets, lawn chairs, etc! Grassy area is large enough for wiffle ball, football, horsehoses, lawn games, frisbee, etc. (Not large enough for baseball with a hard ball)

DIRECTIONS - WATERDAM CHURCH TO MINGO PARK SHELTER 3 (S-3)
Turn RIGHT out of parking lot onto Galley Road. ~ 0.1 mi
RIGHT onto Waterdam Rd. Follow Waterdam Rd. ~ 2.0 mi
Waterdam Rd becomes Thomas Rd at first stop sign. Bear RIGHT at stop sign. ~ 0.9 mi
At next stop sign turn RIGHT at Thomas UP Church, onto Linden Rd. ~ 0.3 mi
Make FIRST LEFT onto Munntown Rd. ~ 0.4 mi
Make FIRST RIGHT onto Green Valley Rd. ~ 0.6 mi
Make FIRST PAVED LEFT onto Gilkeson Rd. ~ 1.4 mi
At stop sign make RIGHT onto Patterson Rd. ~ 0.6 mi
At stop sign make RIGHT onto Valley View Rd. (No road sign) ~ 0.3 mi
At stop sign, make LEFT onto Sugar Run Rd. ~ 1.3 mi
At 'Mingo Creek County Park' sign make RIGHT onto Mingo Creek Rd~1 mi
Follow 1 mi, Make RIGHT at Shelter 3 sign
DRIVE ACROSS EBENEZER COVERED BRIDGE, park in lot to right.
At far end of lot, walk across footbridge to Shelter 3.
